Nice One Digital

Nice One Digital are a Sydney-based tech agency that build smart, user-friendly websites with AI automations for business owners around the world.

They brought me on to give their brand identity some extra oomph with a tone of voice that speaks to their cool visual assets.

the project

WHAT THEY NEEDED:

  • A ‘start from scratch’ Tone of Voice and Copy Strategy. Nice One already had a strong sense of their brand, customer and identity - so the task was just getting this to translate through the copy.

  • They wanted to promote their new AI Automations services in a way that comes across mindful and avoids seeming intimidating. The focus was all about freeing up their clients time to spend doing other things - not about sacking all of their staff and leaving it to the robots. We brought this to life through a personable tone of voice that steers away from technical jargon.

THE RESULT?

  • Brand Values: We workshopped the idea of ‘Mindful AI’ and made this a pillar of the Nice One values. Themes of Time Saving, Transformation and Growth (symbolised by some cool plant graphics) also came up, which we made prevalent too

  • Audience: We nailed the perfect Nice One customer. A millennial audience who’s no stranger to the internet, but is looking to simplify and adapt their workflow
